1. All Sales Are Final

Because the Guide is a digital product delivered automatically upon confirmed payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where the Guide was not delivered due to a technical error on my end — in which case, contact me and I will resend it or issue a refund.

2. Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content for immediate delivery. Where applicable under the law of your country of residence — including, without limitation, the consumer protection laws of the European Union and United Kingdom, which otherwise provide a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for online purchases — you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Guide and waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once it has been delivered to you.

3. If Your Guide Doesn’t Arrive

Upon confirmed payment, the Guide is delivered by automated email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive your copy within that window, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact me using the details below — I will resend it promptly, or issue a refund if redelivery is not possible.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same Guide, contact me with your PayPal receipt and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
